Ansoff Matrix
To understand how incumbent TV channels like SonyLiv, Voot, Zee5 deal with online platforms like Netflix, Hotstar and Amazon Prime Video, we developed a strategic framework with the help of the Ansoff Matrix.

Hypothesis
Developed three main hypotheses based on initial secondary research to understand customer demands, preferences, likes and dislikes through an online search, publications and news reports on population demographics, ratings, and audience interests.

Conducted comprehensive primary research thereafter to understand user perspective and expectations, from both TV and online platforms users.
